All content provided through our Services — including the Website, the Trading Journal app, and any downloadable products — is intended for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only. It should not be interpreted as:

• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, stock, cryptocurrency, commodity, option, or any other financial instrument.
• An endorsement of any particular investment strategy or approach.
• A prediction of future market performance or results.
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice of any kind.

2. Trading Journal Disclaimer

The Trading Journal application is a personal productivity tool that allows you to log and review your own trading activity. The Trading Journal:

• Does not place, change, or cancel orders, move money, or automate trades of any kind. The optional Broker Sync feature (Pro) uses API access that you create at your own broker or exchange to read your trade history only.
• Does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security or other instrument.
• Shows optional market information for reference only: public U.S. government economic data and official press-release headlines in the Markets tab, prices from a market data provider when you add your own API key, and public cryptocurrency data in the Token Scanner. This information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, comes from third parties, and is not financial advice or a recommendation.
• Analyzes your own recorded trades to show statistics, Insights, rule checks, and, if you use it, an AI-written review of your process (see section 3). This analysis looks back at your past records only. It does not predict future results and is not a recommendation.

Trading Recorder Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party data provider. If you add your own API key, you establish a direct relationship with that data vendor and are solely responsible for compliance with its terms, rate caps and usage monitoring. Keys are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Any statistics, summaries, or visualizations generated by the Trading Journal are based solely on data you enter, import, or sync from your broker. The accuracy of such outputs depends entirely on the accuracy of your input. Bouncing Ball Creations is not responsible for any errors in your recorded data or any decisions you make based on it.

Use of the Trading Journal does not imply any financial advisory relationship or fiduciary duty between you and Bouncing Ball Creations. Words such as "coach" and "coaching" in the app refer to automated feedback on your own trading habits and record-keeping, not to personalized financial or investment advice.

3. Insights, Rules & AI Trade Coach

Insights and market context. Insights are produced automatically by fixed rules applied to your own past trades, and optionally to S&P 500 (SPY) prices from a market data provider you connect with your own key. They describe what happened in your records. They may be wrong if your records are incomplete or inaccurate, and small numbers of trades can show patterns that are due to chance.

Trading rules and warnings. The rules you set and the warnings on the trade form are reminders you choose for yourself. They do not stop you from trading, and they are not trading advice. Whether to place any trade is always your decision.

AI Trade Coach. AI Trade Coach reviews are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model, either the model built into your phone (Apple Intelligence or Google Gemini Nano) or Anthropic's Claude using your own API key. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, even when it quotes figures from your records, and the on-device models give shorter and more limited reviews than Claude. Reviews are for educational and self-improvement purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Always check the figures against your own records and use your own judgment.

Your own API key. If you add your own Anthropic API key, you establish a direct relationship with Anthropic, are billed by Anthropic for every review you request, and are solely responsible for following Anthropic's terms, setting spending limits, and monitoring your usage. Bouncing Ball Creations does not control, and is not responsible for, Anthropic's charges, availability, or outputs. Trading Recorder Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic, Apple, or Google. On-device AI is available only on supported phones with the feature enabled, and its availability is controlled by Apple or Google.

4. Game App Disclaimer

Our game application(s) are provided for entertainment purposes only. The Game App:

• Does not involve real money, wagering, or gambling of any kind unless explicitly disclosed and compliant with applicable law.
• Any in-app virtual currency, points, or rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game outcomes are not indicative of real-world skill, intelligence, or financial ability.

If the Game App contains in-app purchases, those purchases are for virtual items only. All such purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Payment Processing

Bouncing Ball Creations does not sell anything directly and does not process payments. Every purchase is handled entirely by the app store you downloaded the app from:

• Google Play — all purchases and subscriptions made in our Android apps are billed by Google, subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
• Apple App Store — all purchases and subscriptions made in our iOS apps are billed by Apple, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

We never see, receive, or store your card number, CVV, bank details, or billing address. The store tells us only whether your subscription is currently active.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Because the store processes the payment, refunds and billing disputes are handled by Google or Apple under their own policies, and we cannot issue a refund on their behalf. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at contactus@bouncingballcreations.com and we will help you resolve it.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and the store — not Bouncing Ball Creations — charges you. Cancelling must be done through the store, not in our app: on Android open the Play Store and go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or use this link; on iOS open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Deleting your Trading Recorder Pro account does not cancel a subscription, because we do not control the billing. Cancel it separately in the store.

6. App & Website Maintenance

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No software or online service can be guaranteed to be continuously available, error-free, or free of bugs.
• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to the Services.
• Updates, patches, and new versions of the Apps may be released periodically. Continued use of the Apps following an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

We will use our best effort to:

• Notify users in advance of significant planned maintenance when reasonably practicable.
• Address critical bugs and security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
• Preserve your data through routine backups, though we recommend keeping your own backups of important records.

Bouncing Ball Creations is not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from maintenance, outages, or discontinuation of Services.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties — express or implied — regarding the outcomes, performance, or results that any user may achieve through use of our Services. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, market conditions, technical factors, and circumstances beyond our control.

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or illustrative figures referenced on the Website or within the Apps are not guarantees of typical results.

Our Website or Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Bouncing Ball Creations does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Website or via email. Within our Apps, you may be prompted to re-acknowledge this Disclaimer if material changes are made. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
