1. Who We Are

Bouncing Ball Creations ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent mobile app developer operating at bouncingballcreations.com. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and services we publish, as well as this website.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with our apps and website, we may collect the following:

Information you provide directly — such as your name and email address when you contact us through our website contact form or in-app support.

Usage and analytics data — non-personally identifiable information such as app crash reports, feature usage statistics, and device type. This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify you individually.

Purchase information — if you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. Trading Recorder Pro — Account and Trade Data

Trading Recorder Pro requires an account, so it collects more than our other apps. This section sets out exactly what that involves.

Account information — when you create an account we collect your first name, last name, and email address. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash. It is never kept, logged, or transmitted in readable form, and nobody at Bouncing Ball Creations can see it.

Your trading records — the trades you enter, including symbol, direction, entry and exit prices, quantity, dates, fees, and any notes you write, are stored on our servers so your journal survives a lost or replaced phone. These records are yours. We do not analyse them for advertising, share them, or sell them.

What we never collect — Trading Recorder Pro does not connect to your broker. We never ask for, receive, or store brokerage login details, account numbers, or payment card information. The app contains no advertising and no third-party tracking.

Subscription status — if you subscribe, Google Play processes the payment and tells us only whether your subscription is currently active. Your card details never reach us.

Stored on your device — a sign-in token is kept on your phone so you are not asked to log in every time you open the app. Signing out or deleting your account removes it.

Deleting your account — you can delete your account at any time from inside the app: open the menu in the top-right corner and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and every trade you have logged from our servers, and cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing contactus@bouncingballcreations.com, or follow the full instructions on our account deletion page.

4. How We Use Your Information

Any information we collect is used exclusively for the following internal purposes:

— To respond to your support requests and inquiries.
— To diagnose technical issues and improve app performance.
— To understand how our apps are used so we can build better features.
— To send important updates about apps you use, only when necessary.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond the direct operation of our company and products.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We may share information only in the limited circumstances required by law — for example, in response to a valid legal process such as a court order or subpoena — and only to the minimum extent required.

6. Third-Party Services

Our apps and website may use third-party services (such as app store platforms, analytics providers, or form processors) that operate under their own privacy policies. We carefully select partners who maintain strong privacy standards. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

We take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to protect any information in our care from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Financial App Disclaimer

The tools, calculations, projections, and information provided within our financial apps should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial guidance. Always consult a licensed financial advisor, certified financial planner (CFP), or other qualified professional in the appropriate field before making any financial decisions. Bouncing Ball Creations assumes no liability for any financial decisions made based on the use of our apps.
